This lovingly furnished finca and the bungalow (guest house) are located in the middle
in a beautifully landscaped, 1800 sqm garden, in a rural residential area,
2 km from Algaida. When the gate opens, you are immediately immersed in another world.
The natural stone house, a lot of green with lots of palm trees and romantic details let you go into raptures immediately and that mediterranean holiday feeling arises.
The main house

The main house with approx. 100 square meters of living space has been completely renovated and has

The open kitchen with dining area invites you to cook together. On cooler days also like by the fireplace. A large, very bright winter garden with a couch and satellite TV round off the offer. Right at the entrance you will find a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area for the whole group. Attached is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The bungalow
There is also a bungalow on the property
with its own garden and terraces.
You enter the additional guest area through a room,
in which you immediately find the well-equipped kitchenette and a very cozy dining area.
You can really feel at home in the adjoining, large living / sleeping area,
with double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, armchair and a glass shower.
Outside there is another guest toilet with a hand basin.

The garden and the 2 terraces of the bungalow
This garden with the 2 terraces at the bungalow was also laid out with love.
Here you can enjoy the seclusion from the main house
in your own seating furniture and sun loungers.

The optimal location of the finca
It is in an ideal, quiet location in a rural residential area.
In one direction is Algaida, a typical Spanish town with shops,
Restaurants and bars can be reached in about 5 minutes.
In the other direction you are in 3 minutes on the Manacor / Palma motorway, in
18 minutes at the airport, the Playa and in Arenal, 25 minutes to Palma
(I am also happy to give lots of tips for restaurants, bars, etc. in the area).
