This large detached house is located in a very quiet residential area. There is plenty of parking on the street. You enter this beautiful property through the entrance gate.
In the front garden you can enjoy a nice seating area and plants.

The main house with approx. 220 sqm living space has been renovated in a modern and bright style and has
3 large master bedrooms with air conditioning and 2.5 renovated bathrooms .
The new, open kitchen with dining area invites you to cook together and right next to it you can sit at spacious tables inside or outside. On cooler days you can also sit in the large, comfortable living area with couches, satellite TV and fireplace. You can access the terrace and outside area directly from the living area.

The garden, the covered terrace and the pool area
invite you to relax. The pool is very large and easy to access via a step entrance.
On the large terrace and the adjoining garden you will find many seating areas,
Sun loungers, outdoor shower and a BBQ. The dining area on the terrace is covered. Another covered area offers space for the sun loungers.

In one direction the beach of Cala Blava is 6 minutes,
Arenal, the beach and the airport can be reached quickly in 15 minutes.
In the other direction, Maioris is 6 minutes away with a supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants and the Mhares Beach Club.
Cala Pi beach is 20 minutes away, Sa Rapita/Es Trenc beach in 30 minutes.
